If you've placed an order for pickup before this date and time, you'll still be able to pick it up once you receive your "Pickup Ready" notification and schedule a pickup appointment with us.

Just a friendly reminder that once a product is released in Korea, it takes about 3–4 business days for it to arrive at our U.S. warehouse (excluding any unexpected delays). Upon arrival, order processing will begin.

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days if all items in the order are in stock. For high-volume orders, processing can take between 5–8 business days or more. Shipping speed applies after order processing.
