SHIPPING DELAY NOTICE

SHIPPING DELAY UPDATE:

We're working on 3/29 orders today and hoping to finish these no later than Monday, 4/15. All orders placed before 3/29 have been fulfilled (excluding orders with pre-order items that have yet to arrive at our warehouse).

If you placed an order before 3/29 (non-pre-order), but haven't received a shipping confirmation yet, please send an email to ask@subkshop.com with your order number so that our team can check the status.

Orders placed starting 3/30 (excluding orders with pre-order items that have yet to arrive at our warehouse) will begin shipping early next week as soon as the 3/29 orders are complete.

We plan to be all caught up and up-to-date with daily orders by next Wednesday, 4/17.

SHIPPING DELAY ANNOUNCEMENT:

Due to the high volume of orders that were placed during our Moving Sale, order processing and shipping is being delayed and taking longer than usual.

Our fulfillment team is working hard to get all orders out as quickly as possible. The first and second days of the sale (3/22 & 3/23) had the highest volume, so we're currently working on getting these orders out first, which we aim to finish by the end of this week. Starting next week, we plan to work on orders dated 3/24-3/29. Our goal is to finish fulfilling all orders by Friday, 4/12.

For those who have pending pre-orders, we are continuously working on these as the products are released and received at our warehouse.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you so much for your patience and understanding. We'll get these orders shipped to you ASAP!
